The soup was ok but I wouldn't ever give them my business again. Both Nero locations around here, the people working there are trash. What an embarrassment to Cafe Nero in the UK. But the dish that I could pick all those options for… Some things were cooked very well and other things were extremely dry and you could tell the meatballs were already cooked before I ordered them but my little beagles are so happy they got to eat them. Also, the potato salad that came with the meal used to come in the same size as the mashed potatoes and all of a sudden it's in a tiny container now. There was only one other time that I didn't love the food and had some thoughts about not ordering again. I think I'll give it one more try, but they need to be careful because people who are their loyal customers should not have to pay high prices for lesser quality and less quantity."
