I always ask for gravy on my rice. Sometimes I get it and most times I don't. I always ask that the container be wrapped in plastic to keep the food in the container and keep the bag free from spills. I don't like having to scoop up my food from the bottom of the bag. Food is too expensive to be wasted. The flavor of the chicken is pretty consistent, very good and moist to the point of falling off the bone.
