Prepandemic it filled the to go box completely. Now they range from 1/2 to 3/4 full. The chips used to be some on top and some on the bottom. However, again in the past 3 years there's either a large amount of chips on the bottom meaning 3/4 to all of the chips being soggy. The amount of jalapeño are very few to tons. Tonight the jalapeño was perfect but the seasoning was extreme. The fried mushrooms and Jojoba was cooked and seasoned perfectly. "I've been a fan of their North Olmsted location for awhile. But the one in Avon? It's a shame. The meats (I've tried steak and chicken) are SALTY - not even flavorful - just salt. Their salsa was bland and just looked like a puree.
The queso is watery like soup. It doesn't even stick to the chips, it just makes them soggy. It arrived cold as well, which I will not blame the dasher for, because when I have it delivered from the North Olmsted location it's still warm.
Pretty sad to see how subpar the Avon location is. Save your money. "
