• 9/19/23Every thing was spot on and exactly how we ordered it! It is rare to find this in a restaurant these days! One that has great food and great service and takes the time to do special requests! Ming's is a true Gem! Best Vegetable Fried Rice and Kung Pao Tofu, and my Son says its the best Pork Fried Rice and Kung Pao Beef he has ever had! Would give 10 Stars if I could!!!! :)

• 1/13/23This is the best Vegetable Fried Rice ever! The vegetables are perfectly cooked - the Broccoli is still bright green and just crisp tender, same with the zuchinni. And it is not soaked in Soy Sauce...just perfectly seasoned and you can actually enjoy all the flavors! Only Fried Rice I will eat! Would give 10 stars if I could!

• 9/30/23Can never say enough good things about Ming's Restaurant! The Fried Rice is the best in all of Fresno County. Never soaked in Soy Sauce (you can always add this if that's your thing), the rice is white, and a perfect texture, never soggy or hard. The vegetables are always perfect, never over cooked! The Kung Pao Tofu is so good. They always work with you on ingredients, extras, spicyness. The quanties are more than generous, and it always arrives piping hot!
