I believe they use a power version VS other companies that use the liquid which makes it a little more sweet. This tea tasted a little grainy, milky, and not a lot of sweetness/nor that "spice" kick you normally get. Lastly, the everything Bagel (toasted with spread) with extra cream cheese. It seemed as if the bread had almost been scooped out the bagel was so thin. Yes, I asked for extra cream cheese but there was SO much cream cheese it filled up one of my 1/4 cup jars. One suggestion I have is if a client wants a toasted bagel and CC to put the CC on the side. Once it's delivered it is no longer warm and we're unable to re-toast with the CC already in the bagel."

"the Nutella Bowl was mostly ice, not actual fruit, and melted asap; the to-go container was kinda a mess on the edges; the base of the bowl (the actual acai) was less than half the container (aka it was mostly toppings). No taste issues, just bad value for a $15 bowl.
