Gabe, a member of the restaurant team, went above and beyond. Once they realized what had happened, they kept us informed, worked with DoorDash, had our order remade, and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way.
We ordered the Chicken & Ribs Bundle with an extra side of Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts. The portions were very generous, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth the wait.
A special shoutout to Isaiah, the second DoorDash driver, who worked closely with us and the restaurant team, waited for the order to be remade, and delivered it promptly and professionally.

This time, I got something new, a French vanilla shake with caramel. How disappointing it was. There was hardly any flavor, like they added much more milk than ice cream, and for the $10.00 price tag, I expected much better and a bigger size; although, since the taste was rather lacking, I'm glad it wasn't any bigger, in this case. Not anything like what I expected."
