The Cheese Cake Mini is like a sweeter pound cake, and doesn't have any distinct cheese taste or texture that I can tell and was the only one in the order that was wrapped like it was prepackaged from a shop rather than fresh out of the bakery. Not bad but I think I will be skipping in the future. Also, the Croquette is a savory bread with your typical croquette filling like vegetables, meat?, and I think glass noodles (I'm just guessing, I wish they listed what was in it). It does taste like the croquettes I'm used to, with the exception of how bready it is. I usually expect a potato based croquette that is a lot more crispier instead of a bread based one, but I suppose it makes sense for a bakery. It was still good overall and I would consider getting it again given how hard it is to find non-Japanese variants of croquette around here."

"It's one of my favorite Elgin locals. Everything is so fresh and crisp! Service is always warm and welcoming! THIS is the place when you want to get away from the processed and toxic usuals we consume. Everything is freshly made to order. Today, I had the Vive Açai Smoothie Bowl and I'm still full! I chose mango, kiwi, cranberries, walnuts and amaranth. I added turmeric and pineapple to the Resurrect and definitely feel back to life! My Daughters both loved the Fragola Toast which looked AMAZING! I stole a few strawberries from their toast because, I mean, they were overloaded! They also had the Goliath and Berry Cheesecake smoothies and loved them. The Gazpacho Moreliano was AMAZING! This will be my healthy alternative go to when I'm craving an elote! Can't wait until next time!"
