"I ordered the chicken bowl from Subway through DoorDash and paid extra for protein. What I received was barely filled. They barely gave me chicken instead of what's advertised. There were only a few pieces of chicken mixed with some spinach cucumber and a light sprinkle of cheese and no honey mustard.
They also didn’t include utensils at all. No fork no napkin no care. That’s unacceptable for a bowl meal.
Subway this is not just a customer complaint this reflects a breakdown in food quality assurance. Companies like EcoSure exist to make sure food safety presentation and accuracy are held to a high standard. This order failed on all fronts.
If you are charging extra for protein then provide it. If you pack a bowl then include utensils. Customers deserve better and I will not be ordering from here again unless changes are made. I’ve attached a photo so others can see how bad it was."

The bone-in wings is a little expensive but honestly it was worth it, especially since the wings had plenty of meat on the bone and weren't stingy like other places. The garlic parmasean had FLAVOR, and with the ranch? chefs kiss* as for the Crispy Chicken Sandwich I thought it would have coleslaw on it like the picture, but even with that missing the chicken was cooked perfectly. Not dry or string at all. and the tenders were fully covered in the sauce. The tenders in the sandwich were HUGE too. Made it for a good ratio of chicken to bun bite. I was excited to try this place because I was expecting something similar to Egg Tuck, but it was honestly disappointing.
For $18.50, I expected a much better sandwich. The eggs lacked that rich, creamy texture that makes Korean-style egg sandwiches so good. If you’ve had Egg Tuck before, you know exactly what I’m talking about. These just tasted like plain scrambled eggs.
The sauce was decent, but it wasn’t enough to make up for everything else. I also paid $4 for hash browns, and they came out completely unseasoned. A little salt would have gone a long way.
Overall, I don’t feel like the quality matches the price. I wanted to like this place, but I left feeling like it just wasn’t worth the cost. Also, not sure whats going on with the building but it's not set up as an operating restaurant."
