"I've had High Byrd twice now and I'm not gonna lie, when I first tried it I was a little skeptical because I'm not a fan of the other restaurants in this same location. But High Byrd blew the roof off of my expectations! The wings are really good quality and I'm a huge fan of the sauce. Also I really liked the sauce distribution, a lot of places have too much sauce on some wings and not enough on others or etc., but the wings were perfectly sauced and the flavor is really good. This time I had wings with the Korean Gochujang sauce and it was very flavorful with a nice bite to it. The last time I had one of the sandwiches with the hot honey sauce and it was also very good. The truffle fries were very unique and tasty and I loved the seasoning on them. Overall I give this place a 10/10. It's open 24 hours which is nice because I work night shifts and am usually awake during the night; the food is very tasty; and the prices aren't too bad either. The bone-in wings is a little expensive but honestly it was worth it, especially since the wings had plenty of meat on the bone and weren't stingy like other places. I've found my new favorite wing place and if you're skeptical about trying this place like I was, give it a try before you form opinions because I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be going back. The garlic parmasean had FLAVOR, and with the ranch? chefs kiss* as for the Crispy Chicken Sandwich I thought it would have coleslaw on it like the picture, but even with that missing the chicken was cooked perfectly. Not dry or string at all. and the tenders were fully covered in the sauce. The tenders in the sandwich were HUGE too. Made it for a good ratio of chicken to bun bite. "I ordered the chicken bowl from Subway through DoorDash and paid extra for protein. What I received was barely filled. They barely gave me chicken instead of what's advertised. There were only a few pieces of chicken mixed with some spinach cucumber and a light sprinkle of cheese and no honey mustard.
They also didn’t include utensils at all. No fork no napkin no care. That’s unacceptable for a bowl meal.
Subway this is not just a customer complaint this reflects a breakdown in food quality assurance. Companies like EcoSure exist to make sure food safety presentation and accuracy are held to a high standard. This order failed on all fronts.
If you are charging extra for protein then provide it. If you pack a bowl then include utensils. Customers deserve better and I will not be ordering from here again unless changes are made. I’ve attached a photo so others can see how bad it was."

The sandwich was 90% salt, buttered and toasted bread with 10% actual meat. The sandwich is so salty that it needs either a sweet bbq sauce or something to cut the saltiness. There is some kind of yellow sauce on the sandwich but it is so sparse that I couldn't taste or really see. I ended up having to remove the bread and just eat the brisket which was tough and did not taste great. I'm very disappointed and probably will not order from there again. "
