"I have had almost every appetizer at Cooper's Hawk now and the Chicken Potstickers are my favorite. The Thai Lettuce Wraps are a good choice as well with great flavor. I was skeptical of the Classic Tomato Bruschetta, but it was good (wish I had a little more balsamic glaze. The items came hot and fresh. Other appetizers that are great here are the drunken shrimp (my 2nd favorite), the over the boarder eggrolls (my 3rd favorite), and both flatbread pizzas are tasty. I wish they sold cocktails or bottles of wine via DoorDash."
