I did not use the lime on them either. There is a lack of seasoning. Overly sour and tangy, can't taste anything else, the sleeping beauties were good but the to go boxes have no ventilation so the steam gets trapped and makes them soggy. Really didn't like the noodles at all. The sleeping beauty was as good as it could be considering its packaging. Veggies tasted very sour too. "
