"I normally don't have any issues to complain about and always try to leave positive feedback but unfortunately this most recent order left me quite frustrated. All 4 of the Sonic Sonic Blast® that I ordered were short at least an inch of ice cream. It's basically a size small portion put into a medium cup. 😕 I've never had this happen before to all of them, maybe one or two of them were short but not all of them. That seems like it would be hard to miss as an employee.
Sidenote: I'd be so grateful if y'all would start putting a circle sticker over the tops of the dome lids before delivery..for sanitary reasons.

"After calling to verify that they had all items that I wanted, I ordered loaded baked Loaded Baked Potato Soup and a small Deluxe Original sandwich without lettuce (the deluxe has extra meat). Schlotzsky's sent broccoli cheese soup and an original (no extra meat) with lettuce and the bread was wet and soggy as if it had been sitting there for a while. This store is awful! I LOVE the Schlotzsky's brand, but the Kaufman store just can't seem to get it right! Doesn't matter if I go through the drive through or DD, my order is rarely correct and the bread lacks the quality that Schlotzsky's used to be known for.
I will say that I was credited $18 of the $25.83 that I paid for the wrong meal that ended up not being edible."

"First time trying this place, I got the Brisket Nachos and the Funnel Cake Fry and a drink (sprite). My only complaint on the Brisket Nachos is that the brisket doesn't have a ton of flavor, but overall the nachos were really good and had a ton of flavor as a whole meal, definitely will order again next time I get a nacho craving. I also got the Funnel Cake Fry with extra powder sugar, first the funnel cake was absolutely delicious, and secondly the powder sugar was very very lumpy more than powder, but oh well doesn't change the taste! Also definitely get the strawberry sauce if you like that because it was so good with the funnel cake. Definitely will order again, specially those funnel cake fries!"

"Half of this pizza does not have cheese on it. It doesn't even look like cheese was put on it before it was cooked. All I see is sauce and pepperoni and not even consistent pepperoni, some slices (squares) don't even have ANY pepperoni. On the website it shows a stuffed crust Giant pizza is a round pizza cut into 12 triangle slices. And it was cut into squares, not a stuffed crust which we paid extra for and definitely not a GIANT as advertised. Highly disappointed - this was my first time ordering from the Kaufman Cici's and it will absolutely be the last time. Get it together Cicis.
