"After calling to verify that they had all items that I wanted, I ordered loaded baked Loaded Baked Potato Soup and a small Deluxe Original sandwich without lettuce (the deluxe has extra meat). Schlotzsky's sent broccoli cheese soup and an original (no extra meat) with lettuce and the bread was wet and soggy as if it had been sitting there for a while. This store is awful! I LOVE the Schlotzsky's brand, but the Kaufman store just can't seem to get it right! Doesn't matter if I go through the drive through or DD, my order is rarely correct and the bread lacks the quality that Schlotzsky's used to be known for.
I will say that I was credited $18 of the $25.83 that I paid for the wrong meal that ended up not being edible."

Usually at restaurants they give you your own spices to add just like with the cilantro and onion, but not here. Large Burrito the beef wasn't good. Chile Relleno was good except the different cheese they put on top of it was gross. It tastes like a nasty stinky cheese. Corn Taco the tripa tacos were good. They put a lot of meat in them. "I normally don't have any issues to complain about and always try to leave positive feedback but unfortunately this most recent order left me quite frustrated. All 4 of the Sonic Sonic Blast® that I ordered were short at least an inch of ice cream. It's basically a size small portion put into a medium cup. 😕 I've never had this happen before to all of them, maybe one or two of them were short but not all of them. That seems like it would be hard to miss as an employee.
Sidenote: I'd be so grateful if y'all would start putting a circle sticker over the tops of the dome lids before delivery..for sanitary reasons.
