"After calling to verify that they had all items that I wanted, I ordered loaded baked Loaded Baked Potato Soup and a small Deluxe Original sandwich without lettuce (the deluxe has extra meat). Schlotzsky's sent broccoli cheese soup and an original (no extra meat) with lettuce and the bread was wet and soggy as if it had been sitting there for a while. This store is awful! I LOVE the Schlotzsky's brand, but the Kaufman store just can't seem to get it right! Doesn't matter if I go through the drive through or DD, my order is rarely correct and the bread lacks the quality that Schlotzsky's used to be known for.
I will say that I was credited $18 of the $25.83 that I paid for the wrong meal that ended up not being edible."

The Italian Sub was passable, but again too expensive for what it was. The French Fries (add-on side) were undercooked and soggy. The NY Cheescake - Plain was more like cheesecake-flavored whipped cream. There was no density to it at all. I would not order from this place again."
