"Half of this pizza does not have cheese on it. It doesn't even look like cheese was put on it before it was cooked. All I see is sauce and pepperoni and not even consistent pepperoni, some slices (squares) don't even have ANY pepperoni. On the website it shows a stuffed crust Giant pizza is a round pizza cut into 12 triangle slices. And it was cut into squares, not a stuffed crust which we paid extra for and definitely not a GIANT as advertised. I've gotten a gyro from a genuine Greek restaurant where the meat was piled so high that I had to eat some of it before being able to eat it like a sandwich. This had maybe 1/4 of that meat and was more expensive and came with no sides. I would have been satisfied at 7-8 dollars, but not 15. The Italian Sub was passable, but again too expensive for what it was. The French Fries (add-on side) were undercooked and soggy. The NY Cheescake - Plain was more like cheesecake-flavored whipped cream. There was no density to it at all. I would not order from this place again."

"After calling to verify that they had all items that I wanted, I ordered loaded baked Loaded Baked Potato Soup and a small Deluxe Original sandwich without lettuce (the deluxe has extra meat). Schlotzsky's sent broccoli cheese soup and an original (no extra meat) with lettuce and the bread was wet and soggy as if it had been sitting there for a while. This store is awful! I LOVE the Schlotzsky's brand, but the Kaufman store just can't seem to get it right! Doesn't matter if I go through the drive through or DD, my order is rarely correct and the bread lacks the quality that Schlotzsky's used to be known for.
I will say that I was credited $18 of the $25.83 that I paid for the wrong meal that ended up not being edible."
