But this food was not greasy, it had tons of flavor, and it just felt healthier than Chinese usually feels. The C3. Shredded Tofu Sheets 凉拌豆腐干丝 are AMAZING! When I'm jonesing for noodles in the future I'll DEF order these (protein-rich and healthier than typical flour noodles). The B3. Egg Flower Soup 蛋花汤 was a perfect balance of flavors, and the J7. Shrimp Fried Rice with Pineapple 虾菠萝炒饭 (which I got with tofu instead of shrimp) is fabulous -- I added some Sega hot sauce to both the rice & noodles, which was perfect. My only complaint is that I asked for some crispy noodles to put in the soup, and they didn't include any.
