The Sauerkraut Beef Noodle 老坛酸菜牛肉面 had a good taste and flavoring but the meat was mostly fat and there wasn't a lot of veggies. I really wanted to like this but the meat was an issue. The gratuitous bowl is packed with everything, onions on top if you want to remove some/all/none, except the broccoli and zucchini are separate in the gracious container of broth. Their pickled veggies are sliced pretty thin and lack in acid/flavor. Note there is no pate as well, one of my fave ingredients in a banh mi. The bread was good and you can tell of its freshness by fluffy softness. Note for delivery, the outer shell of the banh mi can get soggy due to the condensation build up during travel. "Tried this place for the first time as it is new in San Clemente! We ordered orange chicken, BBQ pork buns and the cucumber salad. The flavor of the oange chicken was decent, however was it was SO dry? It was difficult to get down. We were really looking forward to the BBQ pork buns and unfortunately for us they were also a let down. Very dry as well , very little filling and not much flavor? The cucumber salad was nice and fresh so it wasn't a total loss. Our experience was a delivery so taking that into consideration although our dasher was very quick in picking up our order and in delivery, so I do not blame anything on him. If ordering the orange chicken maybe see if you can get a side of their orange chicken sauce? That may be a game changer? Wish I had better things to review. "
