"I usually love this burger and have always had good experiences here, which is why this visit was so disappointing. The burger was carelessly put together, and instead of handing my order directly to me, the employee placed it on the counter and expected me to pick it up myself. I found that interaction to be discourteous.
When I opened the container, the burger wasn’t even assembled properly, making it messy and unappetizing. On top of that, the patty was extremely thin and did not meet the quality I’ve come to expect. Overall, this experience fell far below the standard I’ve previously enjoyed. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality and customer service, because I would like to continue supporting your business."
