I had the Sichuan Spicy Soup Base 川式麻辣烫（1.5 lb） with three different beefs, and a handful of veggies. The delivery (1 bowl) arrived almost an hour and a half after ordered, but was worth it. The meats were cooked but the potatoes were not. The broth was still warm (didn't need heating up), and I enjoyed making my own little sauce bowl at home with the Garlic Paste 蒜泥 , Chili Sauce 辣椒酱 Sesame Sauce 麻酱 , Cilantro 香菜 , and Chopped Green Onion 葱花 .

And then Wow! Brisket Pho was the comfort food I didn't know I needed! Huge portion sizes, fresh and flavorful broth, brisket, and amazing fresh add ons of basil, sprouts, jalapeños lime and more! Only suggestion is to find takeout containers that aren't plastic, as hot as that broth is, it's hard not to think about possible microplastics leeching into food.
