"I don’t typically write reviews, but after spending $16 on a salad, I was extremely disappointed. I was honestly so excited to try this place because it’s such a great concept, and I really wanted to love it. Unfortunately, the quality wasn’t there.
When I picked up my order, I wasn’t told that one of the dressings I ordered was missing. I completely understand that restaurants can run out of things, but I would have appreciated being told and offered a substitute before leaving with my order.
When I got home, the salad looked great at first, although the portion was smaller than I expected. Unfortunately, once I actually got into the lettuce, I realized it was wet and soggy. Some of the lettuce even had black, slimy-looking spots on it, and I couldn’t bring myself to eat it.
I ended up taking the toppings off and eating what I could, but even the vegetables didn’t taste fresh. The steak cubes were hard and tasted more like pot roast than steak. It was honestly gross.
For $16, I expected fresh ingredients and a salad I could actually eat. I really hope they improve the quality because the concept is great, but at this quality, it’s just not worth the money.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend it."
