"Food was overall good, the images of food show the serving to be larger than they actually are. Sunday morning roll was the size of a quarter so I was expecting the rolls to be a regular size for $11. Matcha tiramisu was pretty good but really small for $8 too. Definitely not worth the price but not bad food."

"The Pad Thai was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles — it was mostly vegetables — and the flavor was very poor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared.
I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."

The sushi was disappointing. I ordered an avocado roll and another veggie roll with cucumber and carrots, and got two avocado rolls instead. The menu said nothing about cream cheese, and there was cream cheese in one of the rolls. They were both veggie rolls, but I could still taste fish flavor. (Not vegetarian?) I won't be ordering sushi again from here. But the Pad Thai with tofu is really outstanding- highly recommend that. The Pad Thai portion size is generous, too."

"Just had jaw surgery a little over a week ago and their chicken and rice is what's the only thing I enjoy . I ordered 3 but they were so kind enough to give me 4 . I've requested mostly broth since I have to "eat" everything through a condiment bottle. Not only did they deliver what I requested, they gave me an extra container as well. They also wrote "get well soon"which really touched me"

"Tried several different things on the menu including the Vegetable Spring Roll, Tiny Spring Roll, Pad Thai, Brocc Dishesoli, and they were all ok. The spring rolls were each probably the best thing. I asked for extra broccoli in the chicken & broccoli dish and I think a $2.10 up charge for six more pieces of broccoli if that, is a little much. Not much flavor in the pad tha. The chicken and broccoli doesn't have much flavor other than sweet which was odd. Prob won't be ordering this again. Overpriced for what you get. "

"* 1st Order* Unlike a lot of Ppl in this area, I have been blessed to have eaten a lot of traditional Thai food/dishes in my life. The only item I wasn't a huge fan of, sadly, is also 1 of my personal favorites - the Tom Kha (Coconut) Soup. It was too thin/watery, not as flavorful as the other items - and to only give 3 shrimp in a $9 (+ taxes and delivery fees!) soup that didn't taste all that great to begin w/ added insult to injury. And I understand everyone hates transporting liquid products - but whoever packaged up the Red Curry must have had a really hard day or something, because I felt like I was trying to break into Ft Knox, trying to get the bag open around it! lol W/ the exception of those 2 issues - Kudos to all the Chefs as the rest of the items I ordered arrived hot and amazingly flavorful. "My husband and I love the curries here - he gets the Red Curry, I get the Panang Curry. They have so much flavor...we'd been looking for something like this for a long time! I choose the Panang because I simply can not eat peppers or onions. My only complaint is that while it only has green beans and carrots in it, I am always surprised how FEW of each are in the dish (once, there were 9 green beans). I wish I could add other veges, like mushrooms, even at an additional charge. Back to positive: their Spring Rolls are excellent. They used to send them out in a closed container, which made them soggy. But Thai Lom adjusted and now uses an open paper bag, which keeps them crispy. Delicious! "

"If you're looking for authentic Asian food in the Cincinnati area. This is legit, the best place to get it. And it, it's very much like homemade. The only other place I could possibly say that is even remotely close to the level of quality of food that they have & as authentic as it is, is either my cooking or my stepmother's cooking. The beef was well seasoned, the pork tender, and the broth flavorful. There was a large ratio of meat to noodles; so the other ingredients (mushroom,marinated egg, and bok choy) were buried in the unami broth.
