I've requested mostly broth since I have to "eat" everything through a condiment bottle. Not only did they deliver what I requested, they gave me an extra container as well. "* 1st Order* Unlike a lot of Ppl in this area, I have been blessed to have eaten a lot of traditional Thai food/dishes in my life. The only item I wasn't a huge fan of, sadly, is also 1 of my personal favorites - the Tom Kha (Coconut) Soup. It was too thin/watery, not as flavorful as the other items - and to only give 3 shrimp in a $9 (+ taxes and delivery fees!) soup that didn't taste all that great to begin w/ added insult to injury. And I understand everyone hates transporting liquid products - but whoever packaged up the Red Curry must have had a really hard day or something, because I felt like I was trying to break into Ft Knox, trying to get the bag open around it! lol W/ the exception of those 2 issues - Kudos to all the Chefs as the rest of the items I ordered arrived hot and amazingly flavorful. "The Pad Thai was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles — it was mostly vegetables — and the flavor was very poor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared.
I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."

The beef was well seasoned, the pork tender, and the broth flavorful. There was a large ratio of meat to noodles; so the other ingredients (mushroom,marinated egg, and bok choy) were buried in the unami broth. I chose the hot chili oil and green onions ( comes with cilantro) to top my meal and it added a spicy and savory element that was most welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed my ramen! Kiss to the chef!"
