"LOVE Chimborazo!! Everything I have ever tried has been fabulous!! One of my favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities, happy to see they're on Door Dash now! My personal go-tos are the Encocado with shrimp and the Side of Pork (or the full pork meal that comes with Llapingachos), this side of pork was a generous portion, the green sauce (Side of Aji Criollo ) is amazing and the Side of Curtido is fresh and delicious! This was my first time trying the Side of Beans and they were tasty, the Side of Rice is well-seasoned. You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu.
