It's definitely mayo-based, but it wasn't spicy if it was supposed to be spicy mayo and it wasn't thick if it was supposed to be anything else. It was so thin and bland. Very liquidy. Disgusting. They gave me two small cups of it, unfortunately.

They don't offer the same selections: menus have been pared down to almost nothing; the portions have shrunk considerably; oh, but the prices have been jacked up; and the flavors, well it's like the cooks are in junior high home economics. I wish we could get back to pre-covid standards. I miss my old diners. Can someone please tell me where they are buried so I can put down some flowers while my taste buds and stomach mourns."

It actually had the flavor of a grill instead of tasting like it was boiled and its own juices.
