"Probably the best Chicken Mei Fun I've ever had from any Chinese restaurant here in Missouri. The noodles were cooked perfectly. They didnt break instantly when you tried to pick them up and had the perfect texture. They were still piping hot without being soggy with extra water left from their time in the boiling water, and the restaurant followed my request to put in some spicy peppers.
