He called me back and told me that the bacon was definitely cooked and went on to tell me that they cook the bacon in the over and then set it aside to cool. He said he saw what the raw bacon looks like and the bacon on my salad was definitely cooked. Needless to say, I didn't take his word and the $20 salad didn't get eaten.
