Quality of ingredients was great and fresh. Delivery from San Ramon to Castro Valley was timely.
I ordered the crispy chicken poblano salad. The dressing was excellent.
I also tried the fried cauliflower. It arrived soggy in a non-ventilated container. I popped them in the air fryer for a few minutes and they were good as new. Dipping sauce was also excellent.

"Recently, Cheesecake Factory has definitely lost the plot on both quantity and quality (for context, I've ordered from them the last 3 weekends in a row). Today, they used old tortilla chips as the base for my Factory Nachos and most of them were inedible as they were soaked in oil and/or too hard to eat and the portion was half of what it normally is (it's my fav dish and I've eaten it many tips both onsite and delivery). On my Caesar Salad , they omitted the croutons. The Street Corn had a lot of burnt portions. Finally - they sent butter, but omitted my complimentary bread.
