"The "Cupcake Duo by Magnolia Bakery" isn't bad at all, but I was hoping more for the textute of smooth buttercream icing for the vanilla cupcake, but the taste and texture were more reminiscent of the vanilla buttercream in the buttercream candy eggs covered in chocolate that people buy at Easter. The chocolate cake had a creamier texture and taste. Also, in my opinion, the flavors are more subtle than the buttercream icing and cake with which I'm more familiar. The "Baked by Melissa's Bite-Size Cupcakes" were too good for their size. They were, indeed, bite-size, and I ate them over the course of an hour, a problem given their cost. "Everything so far is *chef's kiss*! Highly recommend their cream of crab, I've gotten it at least 10 times. Their mixed veggies were some of the most flavorful I've ever had, not some hard huge vegetables they threw in a steam for 5 seconds (not mentioning any other restaurants names). Their cheesesteak quesadilla is packed, great cheesesteak flavor and comes with good salsa and sour cream. I appreciate the pride they take in their cooking, it's rare! "
"This was my first time ordering from Alices. The CRABBY PRETZEL (M) was buttery, creasy, and cheese so no complaints. The CAESAR SALAD LARGE wasn't very large but I happen to like smaller portions. The most disappointing was the CHEESE STEAK QUESADILLA (M) because it was very soggy. I don't know if its from cooking it with tomatoes on it but I've never had a wet soggy dilla before. 50.00 btw"

"I'm a weekly customer at the Pikesville location. My go-to order is the half & half Moby's Combo II with extra grilled tomatoes! The salad is always fresh but includes a LOT of raw red onion, so be warned that your whole salad will be onion flavored if you don't specifically request it onionless. The chicken and beef are always cooked and seasoned perfectly. I also love the Hummus and it comes with the perfect amount of bread for dipping. The Baklava Squares are just alright, but for the price I would skip them."
