"My first time here. Ordered the carnitas and the carne asada (which looked like ground beef). Compared to other tacos I've had of the same type, I noticed this place still grills their tortillas for the tacos. If you would go to homemade corn tortillas without the grilling and you would end up losing most of the grease that the tacos are obviously drenched in.
The carnitas had too much fat on the meat and really ruined my appetite to bite into greasy tortillas to get a bite of pork fat when you're expecting a chunk of pork. You could actually feel your heart pumping faster each bite you take into these tacos.
Would I go back, no I'm sorry but the last thing I need is a great amount of grease in my food. I'd reconsider if you changed your style of tortillas and what parts of the meat you are going to place in the tacos you sell.
I ordered 4 tacos altogether and I received 5, either they miscounted or they added one in for the sale. I've decided it's the latter and it was a very thoughtful gesture. It didn't go unnoticed.

"The meat tasted good but if you don't select "extra meat" for $1 you won't get very much at all. The taco also had few toppings. For $4 it's not worth it. I've ordered in person before at the other location and the tacos were good, but I don't think I'd get them from here again. They also only do one tortilla when most places do double so it won't break when eaten but I guess it shouldn't be an issue when there's not much to the taco. "

"The carne asada tacos were really good. Very small but you can't expect much for $3. They do use a lot of meat which compensates for the size. Bought one taco of carnitas to see how they tasted but the meat looked like it was sitting around for a long time and was very tough. Their orange chili is great and any taco is meaningless without a great salsa. It made my taco surpass the standard taco flavor. One last thing I hate to add in but they are extremely bad on the amount of onion and cilantro they put on their tacos. You would think they would cheat you on the protein since it's more expensive than onion and cilantro but this stuff makes the taco and I don't like a taco without an abundance of both! Finally the strawberry horchata, never had one before but I know what regular horchata is. I must say it was very tasty with a great flavor that tasted healthy. Although when I got to the end of the drink it started getting gritty but overall yes, I would order it again. A choice companion to accent the carne asada tacos! Try one if you don't mind a bit of grit!"

"This place is just ok. It's not bad at all. I saw this space was written up in the local paper so I kind of just expected the food to be a little better than an average beer and the food was just average. They're Taquerias in every corner so you really have to have something unique to stand out in this area. And I don't think there is anything special or unique about this food. I got the bean and cheese dip and there was only a sprinkle of cheese in the beans taste like they came from a can. Chips were good! The additional side of sauce is three dollars but the cup is pretty big so I think it's worth the price. I got a jalapeño for $1.50 and it was literally one jalapeño split in half. I also got a Carnitas taco and a Carne Asada burrito. The meat on both were just OK. They had been seasoned and cooked well, but there wasn't really anything standing out about my burrito or taco.
