The Pear Salad is fresh and balanced. The pears taste like Christmas, the candied walnuts are fun, and the lettuce and gorgonzola are crisp and fresh. The dressing is great but not necessary with all the above elements. It is a personal choice.
Portions are great. My partner and I are were able to split both items and have leftovers for the day after.

I'm sorry to say the sauce is very grainy as well. The sauce on the side they would be better off using a good jar sauce like Raos..
