My Dasher had to wait at the location for close to 20 minutes waiting on my order to be 'prepared' aka placed in a bag.

"Holy cow I haven't had a caprese sandwich this good in...forever? I don't think I've ever had a sandwich of any kind that was this delicious from a restaurant in my life. This is everything I could have dreamed of. The bread was HUGE and heavy. At first I thought they forgot it since it wasn't in the brown takeout container. That held the Fruit Tart and Bombolone. The Caprese was wrapped in paper and again, was heavy. The first bite I took tasted like a sandwich my mom would make me as a kid. I felt myself transported in time and I'm Not Exaggerating. I may not be able to stop myself from ordering several more times this week. All of the ingredients tasted like you cut them in my kitchen and served them to me. The bread wasn't even a little soggy, even after sitting in my fridge for a bit. My only complaint is I wasn't a huge fan of the hot Hot Cocoa. I prefer mine on the sweeter side. but that's okay, because I can go elsewhere for that. But the caprese is inimitable."
