Everything was good, except for the meat pies. They don't look anything like the photo at all and were very light with the beef filling. I took pictures, but there's no accommodation to upload here. They were not bulging "pillows" with an open square in the middle, but were overlapping flaps of dough. No pine nuts, either. I would think that less than half a cup of beef was inside the folded dough, as there was empty space at the folds. It would be charitable to describe them as MEDIUM, not large.
I was very disappointed. I would not order them again.
Would like to get a refund for them, in fact.
The Double Cheeseburger was above average, with a goodly amount of tomato, lettuce, onion, etc. The Chicken Shawerma Sandwich wraps were superb, better than ones I bought from a different restaurant. I will probably order the wraps again.
So, the lack of consistency is the overall problem.

"The food was okay, definitely not worth $20 for the bowel and I paid almost $30 for delivery. I asked for no lettuce and but never asked for no corn and that was missing from my bowel. It was half the portion of the plate. The sweet potatoes were burnt, the grilled veggies were undercooked especially the green beans, and there were no napkins or utensils in the bag and the bag was not sealed for the delivery. It's my first time ordering from here and I am disappointed with my order and the quality of food."

"I won’t be ordering from here again. I paid over $21 for this açaí bowl and it was a huge disappointment. The portion of açaí was minimal, and what little there was had ice crystals throughout, making it hard and icy instead of smooth and creamy. It honestly felt like it had been watered down and refrozen.
I also paid extra for Nutella drizzle, which was completely missing.
For the price, the quality and portion were unacceptable. This felt like a total rip-off. Really disappointing experience.

"FANTASTIC. Zupas was GREAT. Their soups have amazing flavor and everything came with a choco strawberry (yum). We got the Dressed Up Chicken Tortilla and Chickpea & Vegetable soups. If you want lots of rice or noodles, order extra because they come in those small to-go sauce cups that typically hold ketchup. The soups are GOOD enough that you don't need many carbs. THE BREAD IS SOOOO GOOD and we dipped ours in the soups. We also ordered a Turkey Avocado Club which was JUST AS GOOD. Highly reccommend Cafe Zupas! Thank you for the brunch meal :)"

"It was my first time ordering and I got the spicy chicken bowl and let me tell you... everything was FRESH, the meal wasn't heavy on the stomach but it was packed to the brim. If you're wondering if it's better than Chipotle I would say yes, the quality was great and the portion was better than expected!! The lettuce wasn't brown, the rice was cooked perfectly and the beans tasted homemade. I would say I wish the chicken was spicier but that's my preference. Overall so happy with my order.
