8 Hours Ramen is my new Elk Grove favorite. The Kaarage Chicken is some of the best Ive ever had. The Gyoza is flavorful. The garlic edamame is amazing. The Yokohama Ramen and Yuzu lemonade are must haves!

Veggie dumplings and croquettes were great! Ramen was really bland, toppings were good but the broth had no flavor. I ordered Spicy Miso (Pork or Chicken Soup Base) and Jiro and it was not spicy nor had any flavor for both. The store is new so maybe they're still figuring it out but for nearly $20, the ramen were not worth it.

this is not 8 hours ramen. it's cheap crap with added salt and they don't give you enough broth. very disappointed. the only redeeming part of my order was the squid legs. I won't order from here again.

Got the chicken version. Taste pretty good, just a little bit expensive with the portion.
