5 stars because Einstein's is great. But word to the wise, don't order untoasted bagels with the thought "I'll toast it and put my own cream cheese on". They put the cream cheese on for you and then you're left at the office with an untoasted bagel. Very sad. I microwaved mine and it turned out fine. Not as good though, so if I could do it again I would order toasted and then reheat at the office. Twice baked Twice-Baked Hashbrown was awesome.

Really good stuff I eat a lot of food and this was way worth the money for the amount
