The order was not correct. Ordered a double scoop with Oreo and caramel. Did not have the Oreo nor the caramel, it only had the ice cream. Paid the extra for the toppings and didn't get them. Very poor service.

Asked for a mangonada. Y'all gave me one but you forgot the chamoy sauce. Literally what a Mangonada is known for lol. The only reasoni order them. Frustrating. Last time I ordered I paid full price for a medium and got a small.
