I previously reviewed this business as 3 stars after I purchased a Mother's Day arrangement that didnt meet expectations. Immediately Lisa contacted me apologizing and shared that Blooms was unprepared for the amount of last minute orders they received and she wanted to make it right by hand delivering a new bouquet to me and my mom, a nurse. Since I live out of town she came up with the idea to dedicate my bouquet to the nursing station at the hospital my mom works at. The bouquets are absolutely SPECTACULAR! She absolutely exceeded expectations and though there were some growing pains, Lisa showed up big to mend the issues and I will certainly be ordering again!

Late on Valentine's Day I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my girlfriend as I got caught up at work and couldn't hand deliver them myself. I got a call from the florist that she was out of the flowers in the one I picked and proceeded to ask me some questions about what I wanted so she could make a custom arrangement for me. This is the type of service that is so rare, and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. Best florist in Cali in my opinion and I will only be going here from now on. Thanks again!
