The fries were burnt, and although I asked for ranch dressing to go with my meal, they didn't give it to me. It might not seem like a big deal, but if I asked for it with ranch dressing, there was a reason, I don't like the fries or the chicken nuggets I ordered unless they come with that sauce. In the end, I wasn't able to eat the very meal I had ordered and paid for myself.

I ordered a strawberry lemonade, did not get. I requested Ketchup (I thought would be an option to be automatically placed since Carl's jr does not provide option in app. I also requested diablo habanero ranch, I ordered 2 Jalapeno poppers of 9 each and onion rings, no dressing received. one of the ranch was open. In addition, no napkins. Double El Diablo ComboSpicy Chicken Sandwich ComboCalifornia Classic Double Cheeseburger Combo .
door dash driver should have reviewed receipt, bag did not have receipt. I'm being charged a lot for poor quality.
