I almost didn't try this place for a second time because my first order was missing 2 meals that were not in stock. I was not happy about that because I wasn't even notified or given the opportunity to choose another meal. I gave it another shot because the Shrimp and Smoked Andouille Sausage Jambalaya by Chef Akhtar Nawab and the Beef French Cottage Pie by Chef Ludo Lefebvre were actually very good. I received everything I ordered, and my family enjoyed the tasty meals.

My two most recent orders had over half the items (by value) refunded because out of stock. That substantially raised the average cost per meal given the tip and other fixed costs that were based on the original order total.
I’d rather have cancelled the entire order or chosen substitutions than pay 35% more per meal, but I received zero communication from Cook Unity.

Poor packaging design. Instead of just top plastic coming off the entire inside comes off too with all the food in it. Quality was pretty bland definitely tastes packaged. Did not realize it was be prepackaged in plastic.

the Lamb Burger with Tzatziki by Chef Akhtar Nawab has the saddest and most unappealing looking potatoes and burger bun I hav seen. was ok but wouldn't be worth it at full price. Have not tried other meals yet but most of them look to be very small portions

The salad is not even closed to the quantity in the menu photo, Maybe next time set the customer's expectation on how they will receive the item by posting the actual photo (packaging)
