Matcha Latte ordered in large, open cup, received the same amount inside as my medium Americano 

why should I pay extra for a larger size if I'm not going to actually get more?

besides that everything of course tastes great as always.

Sausage Egg and Cheese was good, one sandwich was missing when we got home but they replaced it with a call. The loaded Hash Browns were overly salted. Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread wàs good. Hash Browns soggy but not too salty.

The coffee is delicious, the food is hot, the sizes are generous, and it's half the price of Starbucks. What's not to love?

I am a fan of Dunkin' and always have been. That being said, I ordered the breakfast croissant with American cheese and extra aioli but got Swiss cheese and couldn't taste any aioli. Taste of sandwich was okay...just not what I ordered. If they don't want to pay attention to customizations then they should do what other places do and don't alllow it.

My cappuccino was literally half foam with an inch missing at the top and maybe 4 inches of coffee at the bottom. At least it tasted good this time and not burnt but I would like to also have what I paid for not a half cup full.
