• 11/19/23Everything I ordered was great! The Caldo Seven Mares was hot fresh and full of flavor! It's definitely worth the $$. The Menudo was very good too!! The Tostada were some of the best I've ever had. yummy. I will order from this restaurant again because they take pride in what they are serving their customers.. If you haven't tried this jewel, I strongly recommend it for good authentic Mexican food.

• 2/21/23The Queso Dip I got for $4 is an ex SMALL condiment cup. Taco salad was soggy. Mac and cheese was cold. Not the quality I expect from this place having eaten there before.

• 5/31/22Be sure to call after you order to request salsa. I requested salsa but none provided. In the past, this was included.
Also, it's worth noting that the $4 queso comes in a 2-3 oz cup. Had I known, i would have ordered one per person.
Fajitas are great. Next time I will call to confirm.

• 7/6/22One of the most authentic Mexican restaurants in town, especially love their Guisado de Lengua. One little suggestion for the owner is to change the packaging for the dish because they always end up spilling everywhere in the plastic bag, every single time I order this dish.

• 10/12/24This was the absolute worst food we have ever received from el bajio. the queso was so watery and grainy that even rewarming it didn't help and I had to add it to the watery queso fundio. we order queso and fajitas at least once a month so we know this was definetely not their normal but it was absolutely awful and a complete disappointment.
