Double chicken tostada was mostly lettuce with very little beans. The avocado was turning black. I would never order again.

We ordered the Double Chicken Bowl. We haven't eaten it yet, but it looks delicious! There seems to be a lot of chicken, which is great! I just took a bite. It's delicious!

I loved El Pollo Loco but this order wasn't good. The chicken was very dry, rubbery, and old like it had been sitting for hours. Beans were undercooked and a little crunchy. The rice was satisfactory. Very doubtful I'll be ordering again anytime soon.

Well, the shrimp and chicken were overcooked and dry but, after adding Avocado Salsa (Hot) it became surprisingly good. Don't expect first class food from a fast food place.

My Chipotle Chicken Avocado Burrito didn't taste great. Hardly had any taste. However, the customer service was amazing! Their customer service deserves 5 stars. But my burrito wasn't the best. So that's why I have a 3 stars.
