The MINI BURGERS was supposed to have 4 but we only got 3. The HALF RACK was burnt and all of the sides were too salty (except the mashed potatoes that were dry and had no gravy or even an option to add it).

The BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP was absolutely drenched in the honey garlic "sauce" which was so watery it soaked into the to go container. And maybe it's just me but i couldn't taste the garlic, so my wrap tasted like it was soaked in honey, ruining the lettuce and tortilla. Couldn't finish it. Tater tots were fine but so are the ones you can buy at Walmart so congrats on that.

The MAHI SANDWICH looks delicious, and a decent portion. The 1/2 ONION PETAL is perfect. Unfortunately, the GATOR TAIL we were very displeased about. As you will see in the photo, which was taken immediately upon opening, the pieces are so small all you taste is batter. There was 1 piece the size of the tip of my thumb all the others were the size of a pencil eraser and legit nothing but batter. DD would only approve $9 refund. What's the point of customer service, especially when paying a yearly fee, when the customer is not receiving quality service?
