Inizio has been our go to pizza spot for a while. However this order was really disappointing. When you pay $15+ for a salad you expect to pay for more than just arugula. We ordered the peach salad and it was basically just arugula.

My anticipation was quickly deflated when the two pizzas arrived cold, plus the crust was not crispy at all, very chewy, making it hard to eat … Also toppings were scrimped on and didn't even cover every slice …
Very disappointing meal for amost fifty bucks for two small pizzas … Door Dashe's recommendation was one of the biggest reasons I ordered there plus the pictures looked incredible …

I know, pistachio pizza???
YES! We tried it on a lark instead of our usual margarita or Maria, and whoa baby! The flavor combination of ricotta and pistachio is unbelievably scrumptious.
It's also very rich, so we get 3 meals way out of a small. 3 delicious meals for 2 people for under $20?! Yes please!
Inizio is our ONLY pizza joint.
Small point of order: eat there or pick up. Door Dash brought one, and it was lukewarm and soggy from sitting in their car. It's worth the drive!Small PISTACHIO

Pistachio Heaven!
I know; pistachios on pizza? Oh, yes. Savory, umami, toasty, deliciousness with the flavor you can ONLY find at Inizio. Better than Margherita AND Maria and they're both fantastic.
