These are my 3 go to dishes when I order from here. Spareribs with Salt and pepper 椒鹽骨, Eggplant w/Spicy Szechuan S CP 魚香茄子煲 and Beef ChowFun w/ Blk Bean Sauce 豉汁牛河. Food is always fresh. Large portions and the staff is always fast and friendly. There's a good reason that they are slammed on the weekends for dim sum.

The food was outstanding! Everything was well made and fresh. I especially loved their Cream Cheese Wontons (8) 芝士炸雲吞(8) . The rice was really tasty and the Chicken Chow Mein 雞球炒麵 had really good chicken and crunchy vegetables. We'll definitely be back!

Honey Spareribs 蜜汁蒜子骨 meat was dry, too sweet, meat was not marinated, and the meat had a hint of not fresh/was going bad.Eggplant w/Spicy Szechuan S CP 魚香茄子煲 flavor was not quite there yet. The sliced pork meat again was dry and not pleasant to eat. Next time I'll try their eggplant sea bass clay pot instead. Empress Chicken 貴妃雞 was good. I will order this again in the future.

Overall the flavor was pretty good. Baked BBQ Pork Bun (M) 焗叉燒包 (M) were a little small but taste and looked good. Braised Beef Brisket w/TenderGreenRice 菜心牛腩碟飯 is packed full of flavor I recommend it, but the brisket is tough maybe needs to cut different or cooked more. I'd like the brisket to melt in my mouth, but it's hard to get right. My favorite dish was the Kung Pao Kung Pao Chicken 宫保雞丁（午）with the BBQ Pork again the taste great maybe a little more chicken next time. Will come back.

I wasn't feeling very well and needed something hot and easy to eat, and this Preserved Egg w/ Pork Porridge 皮蛋瘦肉粥 (K) tastes great! I added some black pepper to it for a kick of spice. Packaged very well so none of the broth spilled :)
