My order was fresh and hot! I've always loved the queso dip with chips. The Burrito was nice and full.

Food was cold, queso was like congealed, the rice on my bowl was so salty I couldn't even eat it. I paid over $20 for food that is disgusting/inedible. It's literally like eating straight table salt, so idk what happened. It's never tasted like this in the past. I'm sticking with chipotle LOL

Did not include queso in veggie bowl, which was an upcharge... side of chips (for the bowls) were two different portions - one was significantly smaller than the other.
Despite this, quality of food was fresh and food tasted alright. Don't think I'll be ordering again however, as I didn't get what I payed for - also overpriced.

Chips are stale. Normally very good and fresh but meal itself was slopped together and chips tasted like they were 10 days old.

Our order was not correct. Half of the toppings we ordered to the Nachos were not put on the nachos. They also could not find our order when we got to the store to pick it up even though we had conformation emails.
