The two burrito bowls in the order arrived in unusual styrofoam containers and seemed to be missing some of the requested ingredients, including queso (which is $1.70 extra for each meal) and salsa verde. The bowl was incredibly dry. When warmed up, it tasted pretty mediocre, not like I've been used to with orders in the past. Perhaps they were low on inventory, but I would have preferred to receive what I expected based on the order I placed.

Burrito didn't have any queso or sour cream in it. Would highly recommend driving to the Fitchburg location as it is always FAR better than the West Towne Mall location.

I did not like the rice at all the flavor tasted like it was rice pilaf or like chicken flavored rice maybe?
