The food has changed slightly since it's opening but is still the top bowl of pho in Elk Grove. The chili oil has changed too, but it still is a staple in the household, we carry two jars of it at the house that's how good it is. 5 stars.

The pho is delicious as always but they skimp more and more on the chili oil as time goes on. They don't even give 1/15th the cup.
