I get smashed avocado is plain but pepper flakes only add heat not flavor. The smoothie was not not consistent at all. And this was more expensive than Smoothie King which is much better

Smoothie was good but I ordered two and they only delivered one and the one they delivered was covered in smoothie on the outside so not sure if I'd order from them again.
