The Samosas Chaat are excellent as always, flavorful and filling, with a good enough portion to make a meal (with a Side Of Rice )

The Vindaloo was delicious as always! The Beef cooked to perfection and the riceabsorbed the Vindaloo so that there was flavor in every bite. I think I might try the next level of spice next time. The Naan was good, however the butter seem to have been forgotten.

This is my go too spot for good Indian food in Corvallis. But this time the food was just not what it normally is I did order right before they closed like 20 minutes before but my chicken tikka had almost no chicken in it and for $32 total it was disappointing. I would order again but probably not that even tho it's my favorite from here.

I hate to write such a critical review, but my hope is to save people money that want to see if this place is any better than the current competition in Corvallis.
Royal India Cuisine is my least favorite Indian restaurant in Corvallis. We got Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken Butter Masala, and Veggie Korma. All three dishes were supposed to be extra spicy. I would say that all three were mild at best, 2/10 spiciness, and that is being generous.
The flavor of the Lamb Vindaloo was not great; I could taste the typical seasonings, but it was very under seasoned. For context, I eat a lot of Indian food when I travel overseas, and I would consider my favorite Indian restaurant in Corvallis to be about 2/3rds as flavorful as some of the best I have been to, and the Vindaloo at Royal India Cuisine had about 1/4 of the flavor of my favorite resturant in town. So lacking bold flavors, and completely missing some of the more complex flavors. My wife and daughter had the same sentiments about their dishes too.
The quantity of protein in the meat dishes was also lacking for the price paid. I know that this could be a one off, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt, but does not bode well given their competition.
The Naan bread was nice and chewy, however, the quantity of Naan was disappointing. You will need 1-2 orders per person, if you eat your main dish with Naan.
Ultimatly I will not be ordering from Royal India Cuisine again.

Previously, the biriyani had a lot of meat. But, this time there were hardly enough meat. The wuality has clearly degraded. It's a robbery to ask a price as high as $21 for so little meat in it. It's disappointing. It was great before. But, not anymore l guess.
