my burger was hot, fresh, and super tasty! my fries were sliiightly cold but overall weren't terrible. This is a great Steak 'n Shake!

The tenders were extremely small especially for the cost. The fries are always cold, hard, and taste old. The food here is very inconsistent.

Fries were very cold and no salt. Burger and tea excellent. Other double steak burger too small and mostly bun. Garlic bun fantastic concept in action. Shake excellent.

I paid extra to have my dinner delivered first so it arrived hot, but the burger was cold and the fries were way overdone and way too hard to chew. Would likely not order again.

Was not prepared as requested also one of tomato slices was the end. Ordered garlic burger with extra garlic spread barely had spread on one piece of bread. Bread was not warm or toasted
