• 6/3/26Staff is EXTREMELY slow. Took literally a full hour for 2 bowls to be made but quality was okay. It's unfortunate they don't have better staff. I've had other locations and it slaps so I'm a lil disappointed. Thank god I had a good driver cause I would've never waited as long as he did. Rice was very undercooked but meat was good (Katsu, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken)

• 4/11/26We got the orange chicken- decent at best. The chicken teriyaki was extremely salty. Chow mein noodles (tasted like hose water?) Very basic flavors and the white rice tasted weird? Almost like plastic. The crab rangoons were the star of the show. Food arrived hot. The portions were good. I would not order from here again.

The bowl had 1 piece of broccoli and almost no vegetables
The crab Rangoon were burnt 3 out if 4 of them.

• 5/2/26Our first time trying and not sure we will again. Eggroll burnt, a crab Rangoon that looks like a bit was out of it, and noodles overcooked (mushy) and not flavored. On top of it, we were supposed to get sauces for our 2 egg rolls and also our 2 orders of crab Rangoon, and no sauces delivered. On top of it all, we only got one fork. Very disappointed and not a good first impression at all.
